What medicine should i give to my 12 year pom dog in distemper in CKD.

I had 12 year dog was having a kidney infection. His treatment was going on, one day he ate another dogs poop, I feel or I have a doubt since then his health became more worsening, on 25 June 2024 after getting back from hospital (drips, n his blood was drawn for blood test) he had got a seizure attack, but he survived. And then he got his next seizure attack on 4 July 2024, and last on 8 July 2024 back to back, we were just getting him to the vet but on the way he was no more. I wanno ask because of eating that poop it happened. And 2 months before his death he ate a small piece of foam.

Actually Lucky was a 12 year 3 months old American excimo pom dog when he died. And when we got him at home he was just a month old. I doubt as he has not taken a feed of his mother for 6 weeks to 8 weeks, his immunity was low and his kidneys were get weak. And CKD was diagnosed very late in Feb 2024. He was getting weak a year before n we got him checked from hospital, his blood tests were been taken but not specifically for his kidneys, only medicines for RBC were recommended n we given to him. At last stage he was diagnosed with CKD n we undergo with his aggressive treatments n medications n infections. I really wanno blame that vet that why he has not diagnosed earlier 😡 and again his blood was drawn on 25 Jun 2024. And his reports were better than before (last on Feb 24) but after getting home he started getting fits n he was getting weaker n weaker n on 4 July he got died 😥😭😭
